Thèh-focê Fêqê (/bi/ /ˈfocɘ/ [new] [patriot]) is a subtropical Town located in the Bèmîgêthaki Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Thèh-focê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Thèh-focê Fêqê was founded by Ghreebihn Zesheshega, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Thèh-focê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Overview

Thèh-focê Fêqê was founded durring the early 16th century in fall of the year 1519, by Ghreebihn Zesheshega. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Ghreebihn Zesheshega.

Thèh-focê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Thèh-focê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Thèh-focê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive canals streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Thèh-focê Fêqê's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The top tier civilian fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Right off the bat Thèh-focê Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.
